What to expect: A 75-minute session showcasing a variety of perspectives and subjects within the theme of Oceans and Human Health through a panel of voices from universities, nonprofits, and governments on multiple continents. This webinar intends to foster the cultivation of a global community of practice and the furtherance of knowledge-sharing networks in support of SDG14 and its connections to other SDGs; and is conceived in the spirit of the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development 2021-2030. This will provide important public health context for the 2022 UN Ocean Conference and is a step forward for the 2030 UN Agenda: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership.
