The Human Resources Division is inviting members of the Campus community to attend a PeopleSoft Training Session. The modules that would be covered in the session are E-Recruitment and Recruiting. The session will be facilitated by Mr. Keyon Estrada on Monday 15^th August, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Further details are as follows:

Course number and name: C3073 – PeopleSoft Functional Training (Session #2)

Audience: All members of staff who process Staff Appointments and need training on how

to create and process Job Openings

• Persons who are interested in attending the training session should enroll online and seek approval from their Head of Department before Wednesday 10^th August, 2022. 
• Only those who receive approval from the Head of Department and the Human Resources Division will be able to attend the workshop. Approved attendees will receive a ‘Successful Enrolment Status’ email from the Human Resources Division prior to the training session, with the Zoom information to access the session.
• The navigation for online enrolment is as follows:
• PeopleSoft Main Menu: Self Service>> Learning & Development>>Request Training Enrolment>> PeopleSoft Functional Training Session.
