Inspired  by  a  dream  to  celebrate  performing  arts  excellence  within  The  UWI  STA  student community and a keen desire to raise awareness of the importance and value of the performing arts towards society, ‘UWI Got Talent’ was birthed. UWI Got Talent provides an empowering and professional platform for students at The UWI St. Augustine to share their performing talents with the rest of the world and aims also to offer networking opportunities and facilitate the kick-start of careers within the performing arts industry. The programme celebrates performing arts excellence within the student population and provides talent training, mentorship and professional development opportunities for advancement into local, regional and international entertainment/creative industries.

The Division of Student Services and Development invites you to the grand finale of this year’s UWI Got Talent. Come on down to Queen’s Hall on Saturday October 1 at 7pm, and feast your eyes on the 16 finalists as they compete to win the grand prize of $15,000. See you there!
