The UWI Film Programme will be screening the film Chee$e at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday 22nd September 2022 at the Film Studio, #12 Carmody Street, St. Augustine.

Chee$e is the opening film at the TTFF/22. Directed by Trinidad and Tobago filmmaker Damian Marcano, the film follows local country boy Skimma as he ventures into a new business to support his unborn child while out-maneuvering the law. The New Yorker magazine says “Chee$e is a model of what independent filmmaking should be.”

The screening is FREE and The UWI community is invited. Please note that seating is limited.
