The student-led, feminist and social justice club, IGDS Ignite invites you to their annual Chalk Back UWI event to commemorate the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence on Thursday, November 24, 2022, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. at the JFK Quadrangle. This event will align with the global campaign’s multi-year theme of Ending Femicide adopted by The UWI, St. Augustine for 2022.

The event will take place, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.

Come join IGDS Ignite to chalk your experiences of street harassment and gender-based violence on campus, engage in games and activities including self-defence demonstrations, mapping consent, T-Shirt printing and resource information.
