The Human Resources Division is inviting members of the Campus community to attend a session on Exploring Workplace Incivility on Wednesday, December 14 from 10 - 11 a.m. via Zoom. The session will be hosted by our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, Families in Action. This session would highlight the following points: 

• Highlight behaviours that do not support our team bonds as well as ones that do. 
• Explore impact of certain behaviours on our team & the organization at large. 
• Examine ways in which we can work together healthily.

Persons who are interested in attending the training session should enroll online and seek approval from their Head of Department before Monday, December 14, 2022. Only those who receive approval from their Head of Department and the Human Resources Division will be able to attend the workshop. Approved attendees will receive a ‘Successful Enrolment Status’ email from the Human Resources Division prior to the training session
