The Caribbean Centre for Human Rights in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of the West Indies (UWI) would like to invite you to be part on the online panel discussion titled “Advancing Human Rights: Is Strategic Litigation Necessary?”. This panel discussion will commemorate the launch of CCHR’s Strategic Litigation Project where attorneys will be trained in strategic litigation to take on human rights matters in the courts. At this discussion perspectives will be shared from this eminent panel of experts from around the world on the importance of the courts as an important component for advancing human rights.
