Interested in contributing to THE Campus but not sure how to get started?

Then you are invited to attend an online workshop on Tuesday, May 23, 2022 at 10 a.m. with Miranda Prynne, Deputy Editor, THE Campus, Times Higher Education. Learn more about the benefits of contributing, the editorial process and tips on preparing resources.

This workshop is open to all members of staff.

THE CAMPUS brought to you by Times Higher Education and Inside Higher Ed, currently has its Call for Content open. Members of staff are invited to submit articles, video resources and opinion pieces under the theme Knowledge Exchange. Submissions can be on the following topics:

- Creating knowledge clusters with other institutions

- Fostering a start-up mindset in your students

- Working with local businesses and charities

- Universities’ role in their regional/state/national economic prosperity

- Working with foreign enterprises

- How to work with industry without losing academic talent

- Different types of knowledge exchange explained

- Finding suitable partners (industry, NGOs, govt etc)

- How to work with industry in mutually beneficial ways

- Open research: how to make it work

- Communicating research findings to different audiences

- The ins and outs of knowledge transfer partnerships

- Setting up university-based consultancies

- What do you need to know to launch a spin-off company

- How to support student knowledge exchange projects

- What can universities do to inform and educate the wider public?

- Advice on successful collaborations between HE, govt and industry

- Knowledge exchange to work towards the Sustainable Development Goals

- How interdisciplinarity can aid knowledge exchange
