Cross-National Research into Digital in-and Exclusion

The Institute of International Relations (IIR) will host a public presentation by Ms. Ellen Helsper on Wednesday 23^rd April, 2007 at 12:00 noon in the Graduate’s Room, IIR. Ms. Helsper’s presentation is entitled, ‘Cross-National Research into Digital In-and Exclusion: The World Internet Project as a Case Study’.

Ellen Helsper is a research fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute responsible for the design, analysis and coordination of the Oxford Internet Surveys (OxIS) and World Internet Project (WIP) Surveys.
