The Faculty of Sport is hosting a 75th Anniversary Cross Campus T20 Cricket Tournament on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

There are 2 games that will be held simultaneously at the St. Augustine Campus:
  1. St. Augustine Strikers v St. Augustine Stars- Sir Frank Worrell Cricket Ground- Start 2:35 p.m.
  2. Global Campus Online v Global Campus F2F- UWI SPEC, South Field- Start 2:35 p.m.
Some familiar faces will be playing at both matches. Some of them will be:
 
On the St. Augustine Side
- Daren Ganga- Former West Indies captain and opening batter; cricket commentator
- Shalini Samaroo- West Indies U 19 player, Captain TT U19, Member TT Senior Women Team
- Kjorn Ottley- has played for TT and the Combined Campuses and Colleges team
- Adrian Ali- Played for TT U19 and U23
-Professor Indar Ramnarine- Deputy Principal,The UWI St Augustine
-Jehue Gordon - World Champion Gold Medalist - 400m hurdles
 
On the Global Campus Side
- Anisa Mohammed- West Indies record holder for most wickets in ODI and T20; and WI T20 World Cup Winner 2016
- Stacy Ann King- Commentator and WI T20 World Cup Winner 2016
- Michelle Lee- Ahye- Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist 2018- 100 metres, Gold Coast, Australia
- Thema Williams- National Gymnast
