The "Profitable Insights: Understanding Consumer Power Seminar" will be hosted by the Business Development Unit of the Faculty of Social Sciences at The University of the West Indies. This seminar, designed to empower with the knowledge and strategies required to harness the immense potential of consumer understanding, will utilize interactive pedagogy strategies to promote an engaging learning experience.

During this seminar, which will take place on October 25th, 26th, 30th, and 31st from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom, participants will have the opportunity to join discussions, engage in interactive presentations, collaborate in group exercises, watch resource videos, and explore valuable articles and case examples.
