On Friday, March 8, the Faculty of Law will be hosting its third Ph.D Seminar Series, entitled, Social Insurance - A Comparative Review. From 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the Noor Hassanali Auditorium, join Mr. Ashook Balroop as he explores whether the current National Insurance Act of Trinidad and Tobago, Chapter 32:01, promotes, encourages, and protects the right to social security in the form of social insurance Maternity and Sickness Benefits for women engaged in non-standard employment  in Trinidad and Tobago.
