Join the Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics (DMLL) for the Inaugural John Jacob Thomas Distinguished Linguistics Lecture: Creole phonology & phonetics research: Shifting from the periphery by esteemed guest speaker Prof. Shelome Gooden, the first-ever Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Research in Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Related Fields at the University of Pittsburgh. This lecture will take place on Friday, April 5,  from 6:00pm to 8:00pm via Zoom.
