On Friday, April 19 from 5:00 p.m. The Departments of Literary, Cultural & Communication Studies and Creative and Festival Arts invite you to attend the second session in a FREE series of talks on Carnival.This session, entitled Carnival as Love and Liberatory Practice, aims to engender wider national discussions on the changing dynamics of the carnival and the role of citizens in effecting these changes.
The venue for this discussion has been changed from the Grrens at LRC to the JFK Shuttle Stop.
This discussion will take the form of panel discussions, chaired by faculty members and peopled by experts in each of the relevant areas.
