On Friday, April 26 from 5:00 p.m. The Departments of Literary, Cultural & Communication Studies and Creative and Festival Arts invite you to attend the second session in a FREE series of talks on Carnival at The UWI Learning Resource Centre. This session, entitled (Re)Stating Carnival’s place in the Society, aims to engender wider national discussions on the changing dynamics of the carnival and the role of citizens in effecting these changes.
This discussion will take the form of panel discussions, chaired by faculty members and peopled by experts in each of the relevant areas.
