The Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social & Economic Studies (SALISES) will host a Forum on the topic “Rising Prices: Causes, Consequences and Solutions” on Tuesday 13^th May, 2008, from 10:00 a. m. in the SALISES Conference Centre, UWI (St. Augustine) Campus.

Panellists for the forum include Hon. Peter Taylor, Minister of Legal Affairs, Ms. Wendy Lee Yuen, Agriculturalist and Former Chairman of NAMDEVCO and Mrs Mary King, Economist and Former Independent Senator and Mrs. Indera Sagewan-Ali, Consultant. The session will be chaired by Dr. Patrick Watson, Director SALISES.

Members of the media, the University Community and the general public are invited to attend and to take part in the discussions that will follow the presentation of the panellists.

Light refreshments will be served.
