On Wednesday, December 05 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., the Institute of International Relations (IIR) in collaboration with the Caribbean Policy Consortium (CPC)  is hosting a joint webinar titled “US-Caribbean and the 2024 US Elections: Old Path or New Directions.”.

This event will explore how the outcomes of the 2024 US presidential elections could shape global and regional dynamics, with a particular focus on the Caribbean. Amid evolving similarities in foreign policy approaches from both sides of the US political divide, the panel will cover the broader implications for diplomacy, security, and development.

Moderated by Dr. Annita Montoute, Acting Director of the IIR, the discussion will feature esteemed panellists, including:
