About the Speaker
Dr. Teola Noel is an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Veterinary Medicine, UWI, specializing in Veterinary Public Health, Epidemiology, and Food Safety. Her research focuses on strengthening the preparedness of the swine industry against transboundary animal diseases in the Caribbean. She is also an active member of the Caribbean Animal Health Network (CaribVET) and chairs the Veterinary Public Health working group.
Dr. Noel is currently pursuing her PhD in Veterinary Public Health.
