The Campus Community is invited to attend the Faculty of Food and Agriculture Research Day on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Sir Frank Stockdale Building, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.

 

This annual event celebrates the research and innovative ideas of undergraduate and graduate students and faculty researchers, and provides a space to learn about the breadth of work happening across the Faculty while encouraging collaboration beyond disciplinary boundaries.

 

Event features include:

-          - Opening Ceremony

-          - Launch of the 4th Faculty Research Digest

-          - Oral and poster presentations

-          - Research exhibits

-          - Presentation Categories

 

Poster Presentation: Presenters will prepare a poster in the prescribed size and format for display. Posters must be manned during the judging period.

 

Oral Presentation: Presenters will deliver to an audience and judging panel. 20 minutes will be allotted for presentation, followed by a 5-minute discussion.
