The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine will be hosting the Deaf Education Conference from July 23-25, 2026 at the School of Education and via Zoom which will bring together educators, researchers, advocates and community partners to explore innovative approaches for creating inclusive educational environments and empowering individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Participants can look forward to a dynamic programme featuring stage and poster presentations, interactive workshops and an expo/fair.
Our goal is to foster transformative change across the Caribbean and other regions, grounded in the principles of inclusive education and human rights.
