Research In Practice Seminar Series: Avoiding Biases in Surveys for Cross-Cultural Research

The ANSA McAL Psychological Research Centre (AMPRC) invites the campus community to attend the first session in its virtual Research in Practice seminar series, on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.

This seminar, entitled Avoiding Biases in Surveys for Cross-Cultural Research, will be delivered by Professor Jason Young, Chair of the Department of Psychology at Hunter College, New York, who is a respected social psychologist, a longtime AMPRC collaborator and an officer of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology. His work includes research on public perceptions of crime in Trinidad and Tobago.
