The Department of Graduate Studies and Research will host an Oral Examination for the award of the PhD in Sociology to Mr. Bennie Berkeley on Monday 28^th July, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Meeting Room 2^nd Floor, New Student Administration Building.

Mr. Bennie Berkeley’s thesis presentation is titled, “New Directions in Social Science Research: The Institutionalisation of Contemporary Theory in Sociology.”

Academic staff and postgraduate students are invited. The examination room will be closed once the Oral Examination has begun.
