The campus community is invited to join the second session in the ANSA McAL Psychological Research Centre’s (AMPRC) Research in Practice virtual seminar series on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.

The seminar, entitled, Testing and Establishing Causal Arguments in HRM, Employee Well-Being and Performance: The Role of Multilevel and Longitudinal Research Designs, will be presented by Dr. Stefan Santokhie, an Affiliated Researcher in the Department of Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki. His research focuses on the relationship between human resource practices, employee well-being, organisational performance and research methods in work and organisational psychology.
