The Faculty of Law invites the Campus Community to attend a special guest lecture on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lecture Theatre E, Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC) by The Hon. Mr. Justice Peter Jamadar.

This session will explore constitutional interpretation and adjudication through the lens of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), with particular attention to the preamble and Bill of Rights in Commonwealth Caribbean constitutions. The lecture will also examine the recent CCJ decision in Solomon Marin Jr and The Queen [2021] CCJ 6 AJ (BZ), offering attendees valuable insight into Human Rights Law and Constitutional Law.
