The Campus community is invited to attend the virtual launch of the book Gender-Based Violence in the Caribbean: Historical Roots, Contemporary Continuities, edited by Dalea Bean and Verene A. Shepherd.

This publication examines the historical foundations and contemporary manifestations of gender-based violence across the Caribbean, bringing together critical scholarship that contributes to ongoing regional conversations on gender justice and social change.

The event is hosted by The University of the West Indies Press and the Institute for Gender and Development Studies (IGDS), Mona Campus Unit and Regional Coordination Office.
