The UWI Arts Percussion Ensemble presents J-9’s Legacy: Bring Back The Old Time Days on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the DCFA Greens, Gordon Street, St. Augustine.

This special concert honours Dr. Jeannine Remy and marks the close of her outstanding 23-year tenure as founder and director of the ensemble. Audiences can look forward to a vibrant programme featuring classic arrangements by Dr. Remy and members of the ensemble, along with energetic novelty pieces that reflect the spirit and excitement of percussion performance.

The event will also include performances by UWI Arts African Drumology and special appearances by alumni of the percussion ensemble, celebrating the enduring legacy Dr. Remy has built over the years.
