Discover the language, culture, and opportunities that French can unlock at French Day 2026, taking place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the JFK Auditorium.

Hosted by the Embassy of France in Trinidad and Tobago in collaboration with The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, and Alliance Française Trinidad & Tobago, this event celebrates the richness of the French language and culture while strengthening academic and cultural ties between Trinidad and Tobago and France.

Attendees can look forward to an interactive programme featuring:

  • Presentations on France and French culture

  • Information on study and work opportunities in France

  • A keynote presentation

  • A round table discussion on studying in France

  • Food and games

French Day 2026 is ideal for anyone interested in language learning, cultural exchange, and international education. The event will provide valuable guidance on scholarships, academic programmes, and study pathways in France.

This activity is open to staff, students, and alumni, with a special segment for secondary school students by invitation only.
