The Communication Studies Section of the Department of Literary, Cultural, and Communication Studies (DLCCS), The University of the West Indies, St Augustine, invites the campus community and members of the public to its Research Expo 2026 on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the JFK Auditorium.

Held under the theme “COUSOMEH: We Tings, We Sounds, We Stories!”, the Expo will feature final-year Communication Studies students as they present their culminating research projects through booths, mini-exhibits, and oral presentations.

This annual event showcases the innovative and cutting-edge research emerging from the Communication Studies programme and highlights the section’s contribution to the campus community. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with student work that explores the transformative power of communication across a range of topics, including culture, relationships and society.
