The Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA), The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, invites the campus community and the public to Soca Jazz 2 on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 6:30 PM at DCFA, Lecture Room 3.

Presented by the UWI Arts Jazz Ensemble (UAJE), this special concert forms part of the DCFA’s Legacy Year celebrations. Audiences can look forward to a dynamic musical experience that blends the vibrant spirit of Carnival 2026 with the richness and discipline of contemporary jazz.

Under the creative direction of Mr. Khion De Las, the ensemble will reimagine seasonal favourites through inventive arrangements and improvisation, showcasing the talent and artistry of its student performers.
