This interactive session will explore what defines effective leadership in higher education, drawing on insights from a global survey conducted by Advance HE. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on leadership needs within the UWI context, while examining frameworks that support excellence in leadership and teaching.

The session will also highlight pathways for recognising leadership in teaching and learning through the Advance HE Fellowship.
