The School of Education, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, will host The UWI Schools of Education 2026 Biennial Conference from October 20–22, 2026, under the theme Learning Futures: Education for Multilateralism and Sustainability.
This conference invites scholars, practitioners, policymakers, students and education stakeholders to engage in shared inquiry on the future of learning across the Caribbean and beyond. Set against the challenges of post-pandemic recovery, technological transformation, climate adaptation, migration and educational decolonization, the conference will explore how education can support more sustainable, equitable, and collaborative futures.
