All UWI staff, students alumni and friends are invited to attend a webinar entitled “Mapping Key Financiers for Climate Change Projects and Tailoring Communication” on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. AST/ /11:00 a.m. EST.

Hosted by The UWI School for Graduate Studies and Research, this specialised webinar is designed to help researchers bridge the gap between environmental studies and financial backing. Participants will learn how to identify strategic funding sources and strengthen their communication approaches to better secure support for climate change projects.

The session will feature Dr. Donneil Cain, Climate Change Coordinator at the Caribbean Development Bank, who will share expert insights on navigating the regional funding landscape.

This webinar is especially relevant for faculty, researchers and postgraduate students working on climate change initiatives.
