The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with The UWI Blood Donor Foundation, will host the official Ministry Launch of World Blood Donor Day on Saturday 13th June 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Couva Children’s Hospital.

The primary objective of this special initiative is to secure 20 confirmed blood donors.

To facilitate scheduling and maintain an efficient process, prospective donors are encouraged to select a preferred time slot and confirm availability by registering here

Key Information for Donors

-        Individuals who participated in the previous drive in March are eligible to donate again, as the required 8-week window has passed.

-        Minimum Weight: 110 pounds (50 kg).
