The Department of Public Health and Primary Care invites the campus community to an engaging art therapy session facilitated by Kristy Anatol (Art Psychotherapist) as she explores how creative practices can support mental health, personal growth and overall wellness. Participants will gain valuable insight into the principles of art therapy, its everyday applications and how creativity fosters resilience and emotional balance.
