This virtual interactive session will help you understand the transition from secondary school to university, develop effective time management strategies, build healthy study habits and recognise the importance of maintaining balance and wellbeing.

You'll also be introduced to the academic advising process, explore how your academic choices connect to your career aspirations, equipping you with the tools to thrive from your very first semester.
