The National Action Cultural Committee (NACC) will present Hail the Chief, a musical theatre production commemorating the 10th anniversary of the passing of Chief Servant Makandal Daaga ORTT.

Through theatre, music, dance and oral tradition, the production will trace key moments in Daaga’s journey, from the creation of Pegasus to the formation of the National Joint Action Committee. It will also reflect on his leadership during the 1970 Black Power Revolution and his enduring contribution to national consciousness, social justice, self-determination and Caribbean development.
