The Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) invites faculty to an interactive webinar focused on using peer observation and feedback to strengthen teaching practice.

The session will introduce participants to The UWI St. Augustine Peer Observation and Feedback Framework and explore how peer observation can support reflective practice, collaboration, professional discussion and the sharing of effective teaching approaches.

Participants will examine the peer observation process, compare observation instruments and develop strategies for giving constructive feedback.
