Orientation for Students with Disabilities

Location: Postgraduate Lounge at the Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC), The UWI, St. Augustine


Newly registered students with disabilities are invited to attend a dedicated Orientation for Students with Disabilities on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 1:00p.m. at the Postgraduate Lounge at the Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC).

Created in response to student feedback, this session complements the wider First Year Experience (FYE) programme by providing more targeted information in a smaller, more personal setting.

Students will have the opportunity to:

-          Meet university management and key Campus stakeholders

-          Connect with peers who may have similar experiences

-          Learn more about available support services and resources

-          Receive a warm introduction to life at The UWI
