The Health Services Unit (HSU) invites the campus community to take some time out and connect at its World Mental Health Day 2026 Outreach Event on Thursday, October 8, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Student Activity Centre.

Held under the theme Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change, the outreach will create an engaging space to learn, participate and have conversations around mental health and well-being.

Drop by during the afternoon and take part in:

-          Educational displays

-          Live demonstrations

-          Adult colouring

-          Games with prizes to be won

-          Sampling

-          Free giveaways

Whether you stay for a few minutes or spend some time exploring the activities, the HSU encourages you to stop by and bring a friend along.
