Land Reform and Food Security - Lessons from the Southern African Experience

The Institute of International Relations will host a seminar by guest lecturer Dr. Sam Moyo on Tuesday 21st October from 5:00 p.m. Dr. Moyo will present his topic, "Land Reform and Food Security-Lessons from the Southern African Experience" in the Board Room, Institute of International Relations.

Mr. Elton Prescott will chair and Mr. Winston Rudder will make the introduction.

Dr. Sam Moyo is a Zimbabwean expert on land reform and food security issues. There will be follow up discussions which provides an opportunity to launch a conversation on issues related to land use, land tenure etc as they impact food security in Trinidad and Tobago. This event is jointly promoted by The Cropper Foundation and the Trinidad and Tobago Sustainable Development Network.
