Midday UN Day Seminar

The Institute of International Relations (IIR) will host a Midday UN Day seminar on Friday 24th October, 2008 from 12:00 noon in the Board Room IIR. Mr. Reginald Dumas, Special Advisor for the UN Secretary-General on Haiti, will present his new monograph ‘An Encounter with Haiti’ at the seminar.
