The University of the West Indies, in collaboration with the Animae Caribe Organisation, will host the festival which seeks to establish a thriving animation and new media movement in the Caribbean through a series of workshops, screenings and lectures with experienced animators and artists.

In addition to Student Screening Animations from Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, this year World Animations will be showcased. Animators from Africa and Ireland will be in attendance and will exhibit work from their respective countries. These will be showcased at the Institute of Critical Thinking Saturday 27th October, 2007.
