The Sir Arthur Institute of Social & Economic Studies (SALISES) will host a Forum entitled “President Elect Barack Obama: the Challenge of Change in the Caribbean, the United States and the Wider World.” This forum will take place on Thursday 27th November, 2008 at 10.30 a.m. in the SALISES Conference Centre, UWI, St. Augustine Campus.
This session will be chaired by SALISES Director Professor Patrick Watson.
