The Caribbean Tertiary Level Personnel Association will host its 12^th annual conference from 22^nd to 25^thJune 2009.The conference will be held at the Grafton Beach Resort & Le Gran Courland, Tobago. The theme of this conference is “The Power to Imagine, The Courage to Act: New Directions in Caribbean Higher Education Development.”
