The Department of History will host a lecture entitled “Whites in a Black nation: the problem of belonging in post-colonial Zimbabwe.” This lecture will be presented by Professor David McDermott Hughes, Associate Professor of Anthropology and Human Ecology, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA. It will be held on Thursday 8^th January, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. in the Audio Visual Room 309, Main Library.
