The Institute of International Relations (IIR) will host an MPhil Research Seminar entitled “Contingent Rights in CARICOM: The Governance of the Free Movement of Labour Regime within the CSME: An analysis of the administrative, legal, political and social issues pertaining to differences in the social services sector within CARICOM.” This seminar will be presented by Ms. Ms. Kai-Ann Skeete and will take place in the IIR Boardroom on Monday 9^th February, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
