The Department of Life Sciences will be hosting a seminar entitled “Identification of microbiological risks in locally processed meats in Trinidad”. This presentation will be made by Ms. Stacey Syne and will take place on Thursday 5th February, 2009 at 12:00 noon in the Natural Sciences Conference Room.
