The Department of Behavioural Sciences will host another session of the lecture series ‘Conversations with Our Society’, this time in Tobago. This session will be held on Tuesday 9^th June, 2009 at the Signal Hill Comprehensive School in Tobago, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. At this event the focus will be on ‘Education and Society in Trinidad and Tobago’.   

At this forum, Dr Bennie Berkeley will present on ‘An analysis of involvement in education; A case for greater parental involvement in their children's education’ and Dr Innette Cambridge will speak on the issue of ‘Teaching Social Policy in the 21^st Century – An exploration of the issues’.Dr Nasser Mustapha will give a presentation examining ‘Schooling and Delinquency in Trinidad and Tobago', while Anand Rampersad will delve into ‘Secondary School Students’ Participation in Sports in Trinidad and Tobago’.
