The Institute of International Relations (IIR) will host ‘Pakistan: Why a Nation in Jeopardy?’ on Tuesday 21^st April, 2009. This seminar will be held in the IIR Boardroom at 7:00 p.m. The feature speaker at this event is Professor Rattan Lal Hangloo, Visiting Professor of Indian Studies.
