The Institute of International Relations will host a seminar entitled ‘The Evolution of CARICOM Election Monitoring Events’ on Wednesday 22nd April, 2009, in the Institute of International Relations Boardroom at 7:00 p.m. The feature speaker at this event is Dr David Goldberg, Fulbright Visiting Professor in International Relations.
